The UK IT Services and Operations leader will innovate what and how we deliver technology and services to the customers at Arabelle Solutions Nuclear managed sites globally. This role will plan and execute on prioritized initiatives for Arabelle Solutions Digital Technology infrastructure, technical services, and customer support. Your success will be measured by the outcomes delivered at each site as well as the needs of our customers being met.

Your Role:

* The UK IT Services and Operations leader is responsible for managing the customer relationship, setting clear expectations, championing IT strategy, and promoting the value of IT towards the business.
* For each customer area across regions, the UK IT Services and Operations leader should ensure that IT prioritizes requests, commits to deliveries, and delivers according to commitments.
* Mobilize the site and set up (for new) / remove (for exit) of site infrastructure which you have planned of time as per the strategy defined.
* Take full ownership of connectivity for sites managed by Arabelle Solutions including but not limited to LAN and WAN.
* Act as the single point of contact for IT customers across regions, including escalations.
* Coordinate and demonstrate leadership on Digitization journey. This will require collaboration and influencing with UK Stakeholders for Manufacturing applications, Global Digitization Leader for Arabelle Solutions.
* Act as partner to UK Stakeholders in strategizing and prioritizing the Digitalization activities and then effectively sharing these needs to Global IT leaders who will be executing the Digitization efforts.
* Problem solver with the ability to guide customers with product training, knowledge sharing and passion on infrastructure and the customers technology tools.
* Work with business supply chain, regional, and shared service IT teams to lead site specific IT projects.
* Ability to solve or engage others to help find a solution for day-to-day IT issues.
* Inspire support team members to get to the best answer to help customers get their jobs completed.
* Ability to assist businesses to build IT infrastructure projects from discovery, design, and implementation phases.
* Drive Global initiatives with team to improve User experience/ IT Simplification for end users.
* Identify, plan, and implement where you see opportunities for local improvement of the IT and customer service processes.
* Provide intimate knowledge of the sites requirements to collaborate on infrastructure capacity planning for your DT supported sites.
* Resource planning, capacity planning for onsite support technicians where applicable

Basic Qualifications:

* Strong background in IT demonstrating a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
* Either have or be able to obtain SC clearance.
* Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and prioritising accordingly.
* Be willing to learn new technologies.
* Knowledge of VMware, Dell Server and Storage Technology, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN and other security appliances.
* Be willing to think outside of the box and provide solutions to problems that may arise.
* Proven track record of supporting environments that use M365 E5.

Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Project management skills/organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and multiple IT projects of various diverse scopes.
* A solid technical understanding of supporting the Naval Infrastructure
* A willingness to learn often complex technologies which support Naval.
* Be willing to work under own initiative and make decisions based on the best practices.
* Become responsible for the Naval UK infra and work with the major stakeholders to improve where required.
* Achieve CE+ for the Naval area and work with MOD / BAE to keep approved status.
