Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire into our Oxford Real Estate team and welcome applications from Residential Property Associate candidates. The team acts for private UK buyers and sellers, as well as overseas clients, and is positioned on panels of many leading mortgage lenders.
If successful, you can expect a mix of work acting for buyers and sellers in relation to purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Reviewing, drafting, and amending contracts, deeds, letters, and reports
* Completing search submissions and land registry formalities, researching titles, and handling subsequent queries
* Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion matters
* Advising on financial management matters such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity, and re-mortgage processes
* Handling residential tenancy and licence matters
* Providing advice on residential property transactions for new developments
* Secured lending work
We offer an excellent platform to develop your technical and business development skills within a supportive and thriving team.
While you will be part of a large real estate team across multiple offices, you will work exclusively in our Oxford office. Developing close client relationships is encouraged for long-term career growth. We promote a healthy work/life balance and support hybrid working, typically with 2-3 days flexible office attendance based on business needs.
