Job Description
3. Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints.
4. Understand the requirements from multiple stakeholders and advise on design and strategy of Service Now Platform by providing technical and architectural inputs
5. Ensure to minimize the degree of platform customization and utilize Out of the box features to accomplish user requirements
6. Work closely with the development team (internal / external) to get the requirements implemented within the committed timeframe and desired quality
7. Continuously explore new features provided in the platform with every new release and accordingly strive for improvements in the existing set-up
8. Coordinate the management of complex issues that may arise as the platform seeks to deliver benefits.
9. Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems at an architectural and design level of detail
10. Advise on integration of ServiceNow with other applications and toolsets
11. Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
12. Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ServiceNow Architect should have:
13. 10-12 years of experience in a similar role with strong know-how and hands-on experience in :
14. ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, IT Asset Management, OT Service Management
15. Designing and implementing CSDM
16. OOTB and Custom GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities offered by the platform
17. ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance, standardization, and best practice for platform management
18. Establishing an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy for the ServiceNow platform
19. Hands-on experience in Platform and feature upgradation
20. Experience in providing technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical risk.
21. Health assessment (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) and drive improvement measures within the platform
22. Mentoring and consulting the development team with the best practices
23. Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities with different tools / platforms including knowledge of IntergrationHub
24. Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
