Our client is seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon with a focus on advanced soft tissue surgery to join their flagship 24-hour hospital located in East London. This position offers an opportunity to step into a purely surgical role, managing an exciting and varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform surgeries ranging from general practice to referral level, including SUB placements, liver resections, and thoracic procedures.
Collaborate with an experienced team of theatre Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) to deliver exceptional surgical care.
Work 40 hours per week, inclusive of a weekend rotation, and provide support during two bank holidays annually.
Utilise state-of-the-art equipment, including multiple cautery units, harmonic scalpels, and a full laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, and endoscopy kit.
Contribute to the hospital’s first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral services, supported by a network of over 20 branches.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a certificate or advanced practitioner qualification in surgery and possess experience in ultrasonography.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range: £80,000 to £110,000 (FTE), commensurate with experience and growth potential.
6.6 weeks of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
