What you will do
You will join Ripon Paint & Body, an accident and repair centre within the Ripon Farm Services Group. Working in modern, purpose‐built facilities, you will complete mechanical repairs for manufacturers, insurance companies, and the public.
Your day‐to‐day work will include:
Completing mechanical, electrical and trim repairs on accident‐damaged vehicles.
Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to high standards.
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using computer‐based diagnostic equipment.
Repairing company fleet vehicles as required.
Recording job times and completing all documentation accurately.
Undertaking training to ensure compliance with repair approvals.
Working to meet the standards of multiple approved manufacturers.
What you will bring
Previous experience as a Mechanic; MOT certification is an advantage.
IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in a manufacturer repair centre.
Ability to diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs to a high standard.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with diagnostic tools.
