Responsibilities
* Translate business goals into people strategies without using too much jargon.
* Spot culture quirks before they become culture crises.
* Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
* Handle complex employee relations with empathy, fairness, consistency, and a dash of humour.
* Occasionally say, "Let\'s take this offline," and mean it.
* Partner with managers who may view HR as more than hiring and firing.
* Turn business goals into people plans and initiatives.
Your profile
* A solid HR background; ideally CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent.
* The ability to read a room, a policy, and a spreadsheet—all at once.
* A knack for turning chaos into calm.
* A sense of humour; it really helps.
* Experience navigating employee relations with empathy, fairness, and consistency.
* Championing inclusion, wellbeing, and positive culture.
* Spotting opportunities to make our team even better.
