Oracle Functional Consultant – Finance Transformation
Location: Belfast / London / Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join a growing Technology & Transformation team delivering large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmes for major enterprise clients.
The role will focus on helping organisations modernise their finance functions by designing and implementing Oracle Cloud financial solutions that support digital transformation, improved financial processes, and enhanced reporting capabilities.
You will work alongside experienced consultants and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Oracle Finance Transformation programmes for enterprise clients
* Design, configure and implement Oracle Cloud financial solutions aligned with business requirements
* Lead or support requirements gathering workshops with key stakeholders
* Support the full implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing and deployment
* Work closely with technical teams, architects and client stakeholders
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor during delivery
* Contribute to internal capability development and practice growth
Essential Skills and Experience
Candidates should have:
* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial Applications
* Experience across the full implementation lifecycle including:
* Requirements gathering
* Configuration
* Testing
* Deployment
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work within complex transformation programmes
* Oracle certifications
* Experience working in a consulting environment
* Exposure to large-scale digital or finance transformation programmes
