Training Co-Ordinator and Customer Support Executive
Salary: £28,000-£30,000
Location: Based in Warrington or Bolton site
Hours: 40 Hours - Monday to Friday

In this role, you'll be coordinating training operations, managing course bookings, client enquiries, certification, and instructor coordination to deliver exceptional experience for every customer. You'll also play a key part in expanding our internal forklift training services across the brands. Skills required for Training Co-Ordinator and Customer support Executive:
1. Experience with customer service, coordinating type role.
2. Need to be detail orientated and have initiative.

4. Customer facing or phone experience to deal with a variety of people.
