Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and inspire a sizable team
Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional team motivation to deliver first class service so gaining guest loyalty
Oversee stock management and order supplies as required.
Execute marketing strategies to increase visit frequency of existing guests and attract new ones.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Take ownership of the operation and be the face of the pub
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Publican / Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management abilities.
Ability to demonstrate excellent recruitment, training and deployment of team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for creating a positive pub experience and inspiring those moments
