Role Introduction
Email Marketing Executive role to join our passionate marketing team and help elevate the digital presence of our hotel portfolio across leisure, F&B, and M&E segments.
Responsibilities
* Email Content Strategy – Developing and implementing tailored email content plans for each hotel, ensuring alignment with leisure, F&B, and M&E customer segments to drive relevance and engagement.
* Campaign Creation & Design – Building and deploying email campaigns, including writing on-brand copy, designing templates, and creating visuals and animations that reflect hotel brand guidelines.
* Audience Growth & Targeting – Growing and segmenting email databases, implementing triggered and automated campaigns, and using A/B testing to optimise performance and audience engagement.
* Performance Analysis & Reporting – Monitoring campaign metrics, producing monthly performance reports, and delivering actionable insights to continuously improve email marketing effectiveness.
* Compliance & CRM Integration – Ensuring all email activity meets GDPR standards, supporting integrations with third-party CRM platforms, and staying current with email marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within hospitality or a multi-brand environment.
* Strong copywriting and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in DotDigital or similar email marketing platforms.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital advertising tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
* Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards.
