Summary:
The Senior Digital Activation Executive in THG Beauty sits within the Commercial Marketing Retail Media team. Within the Digital Activation function, we collaborate with brand marketing leads, buying, e-commerce, core performance channels & design on a daily basis to execute a range of brand-funded performance marketing campaigns. The role gives an incredible insight into performance marketing, retail & e-commerce and exposure to external brand marketing planning. We are external-facing THG ambassadors and media experts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Co-developing and executing paid media and retail media campaigns to drive brand growth whilst exploring new growth opportunities across beauty, skincare, and haircare brands
2. Mid and post-campaign reporting to demonstrate key metrics in the uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
3. Creation of multi-platform media plans working closely with the commercial marketing team and media agencies to deliver 360 media campaigns
4. Setup and monitor multi-platform paid media campaigns and budgets; partner with finance team to track against monthly budgets
5. Operate brand-facing, assist building authentic relationships with THG Beauty’s key partners to co-develop data-driven performance marketing activity to drive brand growth
6. Support in securing incremental media investment with new and existing brand partners, through effective pitching and reporting
7. Continuous optimisation of campaigns to agreed ROI targets
8. Working with our in-house marketing and relevant channels to deliver campaigns and assets in time
9. Work effectively with wider marketing, commercial, buying & e-commerce teams to ensure media is delivered impactfully
10. Continuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners
