This role is based within the Asset Management team and reports to the Head of Asset Intelligence. It will be key to ensuring support, providing technical assurance to the Estates functions on all asset and building services related matters. The role also includes detailed review of reports, assessments and recommendations provided by the supply chain, ensuring that the relevant standards and regulations are applied to the Estate.
