Are you a dynamic and experienced Clinical Pharmacist seeking a rewarding role in a patient-focused environment? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing team near Plymouth.
Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and optimisation.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.
* Provide education and training to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Participate in audit and research activities.
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
