Position: Quantity Surveyor.
Locations: North East.
Sector: Commercial / Residential.
Pay type: Contract - OUTSIDE IR35 £300 to £350 per day or Permanent £40k to £50k + package.
About the Quantity Surveyor role:
My client is looking for 2 Quantity Surveyors. The ideal candidates will have experience within Commercial or Residential. It will also be advantageous for the candidates to be Degree qualified. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will:
-Have experience within Commercial or Residential (Essential)
-If your experience is Commercial NEC4 is required.
-Be Degree qualified.
