About the role: The Employee Relations Specialist will work closely with HR Business Partners and internal Legal teams to assess and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach while minimising risk. The role involves advising managers and employees on a wide range of ER issues, conducting investigations, supporting performance management processes, analysing ER data, contributing to policy development, and partnering with key stakeholders to promote a positive employee experience.
