The role:
* Is a Revenue Growth Manager (MS&P / Commercial Planning) for a highly desirable business
* Will take the lead on three pillars of strategic growth and white space opportunities
* Works cross functionally to bring teams together on a single growth strategy
* Ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
* Is not to police but to enable and is a pro-active team central to the business’s growth
Ideal candidate:
* Is extremely commercial and ideally working in a Revenue Growth Manager (MS&P) position already
* OR is an extremely commercial Sales, Category or Buying professional
* Is a classically trained FMCG profile, with an understanding of retail/ecommerce customers
* Must be an analytical wizard
* Can extract relevant data and translate into an engaging format
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills and influencing across an organization
