Salary: £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£40,000+ OTE)

This isn't a “standing around” retail role. You'll be part of a busy showroom where customers are actively looking to buy, giving you the opportunity to maximise conversions and increase order values.
The Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the centre of the customer experience on the showroom floor, helping customers find the right products while driving strong sales performance.
* Customer Engagement: Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying journey.
* Close Sales: Confidently present products, overcome objections, and close big-ticket deals.
* Maximise Opportunities: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value.
* Team Environment: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain a high-energy, target-driven but supportive showroom culture.

Who are you?
You are likely a strong retail salesperson or consultant who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys helping customers make big purchase decisions.
* Experience: Background in furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, electricals, mobiles, or other big-ticket assisted sales environments.
* Sales Ability: Confident presenting products, building rapport, and closing sales.
* Motivated: You enjoy working towards targets and earning strong commission.
