Position: Housekeeping Assistant
Location: 1 Broadmeadow Court, Chesterton, Stoke‑On‑Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: As and when required

Responsibilities
 * Provide a high‑quality housekeeping service to support our residents’ comfort and well‑being.
 * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in residents’ rooms, common areas and indoor facilities in line with care standards.
 * Work collaboratively with a team, sharing responsibilities and communicating effectively in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.
 * Support residents and staff by ensuring a safe, tidy environment that promotes dignity and respect.
 * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, infection control procedures and quality standards.
Requirements / Experience
 * Experience is not essential; we provide training and support to develop the necessary skills.
 * Demonstrated caring, enthusiastic and energetic attitude, with a genuine interest in older people’s needs.
 * Good communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work.
 * Kind, respectful, and able to treat all residents with dignity and empathy.
 * Willingness to work as part of a team and to support colleagues in delivering high‑quality care.
 * Eligible to work in the UK and to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (paid by the employer).
