Customer Success Manager Opportunity!
We are currently representing a ConTech Startup who are looking to grow their CS function.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Tier 1&2 construction industry clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including project managers, document controllers, engineers, and execs.
* Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions that drive platform usage and long-term value.
* Proactively monitor account health and user activity; identify and resolve issues before they impact client satisfaction.
* Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), project check-ins, and engagement strategies to support customer goals.
* Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to relay client feedback and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Maintain detailed account documentation in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and manage renewals in partnership with the commercial team.
* Travel to client offices and construction sites across the UK as needed to strengthen relationships and support implementation.
Key Requirements
* 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles—ideally in SaaS or ConTech.
* Experience working with construction stakeholders or delivering digital tools in the AEC sector.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving ability; confident managing multiple accounts and priorities.
* Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI, Confluence, and similar platforms.
