Responsibilities

* Engage in behaviour management strategies to assist clients with specific needs.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
* Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Skills
* Experience in assisted living, nursing home settings, or senior care is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of learning disabilities and autism.
* Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage various client needs effectively.
* Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and their families.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client mobility assistance.
* Experience in meal preparation tailored to dietary requirements of clients.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transportation duties.
