How youll spend your day
Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process across multiple projects
Facilitate design workshops and define user journeys
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mock-ups
Build and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries in Figma
Collaborate closely with developers, clients, and stakeholders
Balance creativity with usability and strategic thinking
What youll bring to this role
A senior-level designer with strong UI/UX capabilities
Expert in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems
Comfortable working independently and owning the design process
Versatile and adaptable, able to shift between brand-led and startup environments
An excellent communicator and team player
Motion/interaction design skills (Preferable)
Understanding of front-end development constraints (Preferable)
Branding and visual identity experience (Preferable)
