We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Management / Facilities Assistant to join a primary school team in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant site or facilities experience to support a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained school environment. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to develop your skills further.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the school site, ensuring health, safety, and security standards are met
Assist with maintenance, repairs, and general facilities tasks
Support school events and activities
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in site management, facilities, or maintenance
Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
