I am working with a charismatic consultancy that is seeking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Responsibilities
* Assist with cost plans, budgets, estimates, and tender documentation.
* Support senior colleagues with contract administration, valuations, and project reporting.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and fellow consultants to keep projects on track.
* Contribute to feasibility studies and commercial advice across multiple schemes.
* Help produce clear, accurate reports and project documentation.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* Previous consultancy experience advantageous, though not essential.
* Strong numerical and analytical ability.
* Good communication skills and a personable approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (QS software knowledge is a plus).
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop professionally.
