Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to design menu items.
* Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
* Maintain a positive kitchen culture, driving food innovation and engaging the team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel is essential.
* Positive attitude and ability to work alongside the Head Chef.
Salary and Sponsorship
Basic pay up to £33,000 plus tronc (card tips). Paid overtime, great cash tips, and full assistance with the transfer of a Skilled Worker visa for eligible applicants.
