Principal Consultant - BD. Marketing & Communications - Professional Services (non-legal)
A leading commercial property firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Bid Co-ordinator to join its central Marketing & Business Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around one year of experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within real estate, construction, or professional services.
You'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end bid and tender process across multiple service lines, helping the business win new work through high-quality submissions and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the preparation and submission of PQQs, RFIs, ITTs, and other bid documentation
* Organise bid kick-off meetings and internal reviews
* Maintain the bid tracker and monitor procurement portals for new opportunities
* Liaise with subject matter experts to gather content
* Ensure all submissions meet branding and quality standards
* Support reporting, bid performance tracking, and content library updates
* Assist with visual presentations and marketing collateral when needed
What We're Looking For
* Around 1 year of experience in bids, proposals, or marketing
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
