We are looking for a detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our Security Operations Centre. Ideal for someone organised, reliable, and confident working with CCTV systems. You will play a key role in monitoring, reviewing and analysing CCTV footage to support security operations and incident investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor live CCTV feeds and review recorded footage to identify incidents or suspicious activity.
2. Capture and log relevant events accurately, ensuring evidence is clearly documented.
3. Prepare investigation packs including CCTV clips, timelines, and supporting information.
4. Record findings in internal reports and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Assist security teams by collecting and organising information before cases are escalated.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with data protection policies.
7. Provide general administrative support to the Security Operations Centre when required.
8. Cover other functions within the Security Operations Centre during periods of absence, which may include occasional night shifts.
