Behaviour Mentor – Support Pupils with SEMH, ADHD & SEND | Flexible Roles Across Wirral

TalentBoard is seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join schools across the Wirral, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, and a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Whether you're experienced in education or come from a background in care, youth work, or mentoring, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to support emotional regulation and behaviour
* Supporting pupils with SEND to engage in learning and build resilience
* Implementing positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Acting as a trusted adult and role model for vulnerable learners
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Promoting inclusive learning environments and smooth classroom transitions
We're Looking For People With Experience In:
* Supporting children or young adults with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or behavioural needs
* Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, Care Work, or Sports Coaching
* Mentoring, Counselling, or Social Care
* Working with adults or children with learning disabilities or mental health needs
