Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: £31,200 (£15.00 per hour)
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and development stage.
* Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the nursery.
* Supporting the smooth operation of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Building professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
* Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification: Essential
* Fluency in English: Essential (both written and spoken)
* Experience: Over 1 year in Early Years is desirable
* Knowledge: Familiarity with the EYFS framework and regulatory requirements is a plus
