Responsibilities
* Supporting class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils requiring additional support
* Delivering literacy, numeracy and intervention activities
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning
* Assisting with classroom routines, behaviour management and resource preparation
Ideal Qualifications
* Graduate (2:1 or higher preferred) with strong academic background
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to pupil progress
* Interest in teaching, educational psychology or inclusion
* Available full-time (term-time) until July2026
