* Garvin Avenue, Beaconsfield,\n Bucks, HP9 1RD
* Full-time – 15 hours per week (5\n days)
* £15 per hour - Enhanced salary following a\n recent pay increase
* Lunch cover - Monday to Friday - 11.30am - 2.30pm

As a Nursery\nPractitioner, you will:
* Ensure that each child’s\n individual needs are met and a high standard of professional care and\n education is delivered in a caring, safe and secure environment in which\n all children can play, learn and develop.
* Observe, assess and plan an\n interesting, stimulating and challenging range of early years activities\n which supports each child’s individual learning and development needs and\n abilities.
* Engage as a professional member\n of the team, exhibiting a flexible attitude and willingness to develop new\n skills
* Ensure that company policies and\n procedures are read, applied, regularly reviewed and adhered to by all
* Follow risk assessments\n diligently and report all health and safety matters to management.
* Enhance the all-around daily\n needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and\n emotional development

As a Nursery\nPractitioner, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3\n childcare qualification - essential
* Fluent in written and spoken\n English - essential
* Over 1 year’s experience of\n working in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory\n framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
