Known for their quality, compliance, and design-led approach, they are expanding their Technical Department and are now seeking a Junior Technical Advisor to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical or compliance career to gain exposure to a wide range of departments and develop expertise in regulated building products. The role sits at the heart of technical operations, supporting internal teams and customers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for technical and compliance queries via phone, email, and internal systems Review hardware submittals and advise on suitability or alternatives Support Sales and Production teams with product guidance Maintain accurate technical records and documentation Assist with engineering assessments and fire consultant data collation Support Marketing with technical content, data, and visuals Monitor regulatory updates and assist with internal training as needed Provide admin support to the wider Technical Department What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a technical support, product compliance, or junior engineering role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable interpreting technical documents and drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office; any exposure to CAD or compliance systems is a plus Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop This role is based full-time in Horsham, West Sussex, with regular support and development from senior team members.
