Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Temporary (Crawley, West Sussex)
£13.87 per hour | Primary School | Start date: ASAP
A welcoming primary school in Crawley is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The position is temporary to start, but could be extended based on performance and school needs.
Duties include:
* Providing one-to-one and small group SEN support across Key Stages 1 and 2.
* Assisting in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
* Working collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO.
* Supporting inclusive learning in a positive and engaging environment.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum of one year’s relevant experience (desirable), with consideration given to those with experience working with children in non-school environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
