We’re hiring! An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technician to join a new and growing team within a long-established and highly respected surveying practice based in Liverpool.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious and driven individual looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll have the chance to work directly with blue-chip clients across the retail and industrial sectors, delivering high-quality design and technical solutions on a range of interesting projects.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
* Producing technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
* Preparing and submitting planning applications
* Ensuring designs meet current UK Building Regulations
* Collaborating closely with surveyors, project managers, and external consultants
What we’re looking for:
* Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and fully confident working within a BIM environment
* Strong knowledge of the planning process and building regulations
* Experience within the retail and/or industrial sectors is beneficial
* A self-motivated team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
