Description
Maintain and improve QSHE standards across engineering and manufacturing processes.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Develop and deliver training programmes on QSHE practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of safety and quality.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to QSHE objectives.
Support the investigation of incidents and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain documentation for QSHE systems and procedures.
Adhere & maintain to ISO9001/14001 & 13485Profile
You will be an experienced Quality/QSHE Specialist that has worked to ISO13485, along with:
Recognised training in a Quality function
Strong understanding of quality, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Proven ability to conduct audits and risk assessments effectively. Along with managing external auditors
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Capability to deliver training and promote QSHE initiatives.
