Join TieTalent as a Customer Service Advisor - Natwest in Belfast City Centre. We are hiring Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join our supportive, fast paced customer service team. This is a permanent role designed to fit around your life and support your financial goals.
Responsibilities
* At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on the different ways they can bank and support them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Take actions to deliver good customer outcomes, regularly reviewing and mitigating gaps to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to proactive financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to support informed decisions on financial products and services.
* Manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
What You’ll Do
* Maintain relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and align with wider business aims.
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly and restore the customer relationship.
* Ensure each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
* Conduct regulatory-compliant banking interactions and guide customers toward appropriate banking options.
* Deliver excellent service while keeping customers' financial goals in mind at all times.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer service environment with ability to manage customer relationships.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to meet performance measures and customer needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in a regulated environment and good technology skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
Details
* Start date: Various through August/September 2025
* Location: Natwest, Belfast City Centre
* Shifts: Full time – 40 hours per week – hours between 07:00 and 23:00
* Probity requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud checks; must evidence last 2 years of employment history and last 5 years of address history
