Seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support a B-Corp tech business on a 4–6 month contract, supporting the business through a period of change. This role will manage the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees across four entities and requires someone who can start immediately. The position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
* Process monthly payroll, including starter and leaver adjustments, pension contributions, salary sacrifice, tax code changes, and other payroll updates.
* Issue payslips and P45s and ensure payroll records are maintained accurately.
* Submit FPS/EPS to HMRC and run P32 reports.
* Compile and submit P11Ds.
* Prepare payroll journals for upload into the NetSuite finance system.
* Perform payroll reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a payroll administration or manager role.
* Essential: Experience using ZonePayroll (formerly Infinet).
* Strong understanding of UK payroll processes and HMRC submissions.
* High attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
