Customer Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and a focus on continuous improvement. Inventory & Supplier Management: Oversee stock control, order supplies, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management and the owners on long-term strategies, menu development, and promotional activities to boost customer engagement and satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present weekly performance reports to the owners, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. What We're Looking For: Proven Leadership: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a high-volume restaurant, café, or similar food service operation.
