Royal Caribbean Cruises is looking for energetic and passionate Sports Activities Staff to join our onboard team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at sea with a world-class cruise line while delivering fun, high-quality sports and recreational experiences for our guests.
Contract Details
* 6-month onboard contract
* Work 7 days per week
* Shared cabin with one teammate from the same department
* Tax-free salary paid in USD
* Flights, meals, and accommodation included
What You’ll Do
* Organize and host sports activities and tournaments
* Lead group and individual recreational sports sessions
* Provide one-on-one instruction on the rock climbing wall (training provided)
* Assist with FlowRider operations (training provided)
* Deliver outstanding guest service in a professional and friendly manner
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sports instruction, fitness, or recreational activities
* Proven experience organizing tournaments
* Sports-related degree preferred
* Public speaking and coaching experience are a plus
* Strong knowledge of basketball, volleyball, golf, and table tennis
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
