About the Role:
This is a position with a leading private practice, offering the chance to manage a diverse caseload from start to finish. You will provide high-quality advice on a full range of employment law matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on employment rights, contracts, dismissals, grievances, and discrimination cases
* Managing your own caseload independently, from initial consultation to resolution
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and mediations as required
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, and policies
* Providing clear, practical, and commercially-focused legal advice
* Staying up to date with changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly
Requirements:
* UK-qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment law (essential)
* Confident in handling cases independently within private practice
* Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with a range of clients
* Comfortable working remotely with excellent organisational skills
* Experience in tribunal representation is advantageous
