St Albans Brickwork is recruiting for an experienced and motivated
Brickwork Contracts Manager
to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects across Hertfordshire, London and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee multiple brickwork contracts
* Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to keep projects on track
* Monitor progress, budgets and programmes
* Ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager role within brickwork or construction
* Strong technical knowledge of brickwork and masonry packages
* Organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Strong communication and client facing skills
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
