We're looking for someone passionate about the automotive industry with extensive knowledge of parts, either Franchise or After-market. With direct purchase accounts with over ten Franchise marques plus an established After-market range, we offer a unique portfolio to our customers.
The Parts Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, operating from our Trade Parts Hub. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, developing existing ones, and expanding parts ranges purchased, focusing on independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors.
Key abilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies to increase revenues, supporting the Trade Hub team, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with the Parts Sales and Accessory Manager and Transport Manager to focus on high-potential areas.
Applicants should have prior experience in a similar automotive environment with a proven track record in automotive Trade Parts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, IT literate (Excel, Word, CDK/Kerridge), with experience monitoring financial performance against budgets and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
