As part of their dedicated Supported Living Services, we’re looking for motivated, compassionate Support Workers who can bring energy, empathy and commitment to helping individuals live independently and achieve positive outcomes in their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a team providing consistent, person‑centred care — enabling people to make choices, build confidence and live fulfilling lives. You’ll be supporting individuals with daily routines, developing life skills and promoting independence through Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) approaches. You may also be required to undertake PMVA or BAWA training to safely and effectively support individuals where physical intervention may be necessary.

* Can work flexibly across a set rota pattern of 3 x 12‑hour shifts (8am–8pm) per week
* Are reliable team players with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Experience in social care is welcome but not essential — full training is provided.
* Current training in areas such as Medication Handling, Moving & Assisting, or First Aid would be advantageous.
* Please note: this role does not include waking night shifts.
What’s in It for You
* Contract until at least May 2026 – with strong potential for extension
* Full‑time positions (37 hours per week)
* Comprehensive training and career development opportunities
* A structured rota pattern including days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
* A rewarding, supportive and inclusive working culture
What You’ll Need
