Production Operative Nights – Elms Farm, Bedford — £13.50 per hour — 9:45 PM to 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday
Responsibilities
* Safely tip 25kg sacks into the sieve, ensuring the smooth flow of production.
* Accurately record machine settings and monitor running conditions of crumb machinery.
* Report any plant breakdowns immediately to maintain operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* Experience in operating machines with PLC controls is essential.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to quality.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
