As a key point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering a first-class experience — resolving enquiries, supporting with orders, and building strong customer relationships through both phone and written communications. What You’ll Be Doing Responding to inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely, professional support. Accurately processing customer orders and maintaining account details. Promoting Calor products and services to support business growth. Investigating and resolving customer complaints in line with company procedures. Meeting individual and team performance targets and service level standards. Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless customer service. Suggesting and supporting improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. Maintaining data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with service policies. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You should have: Strong communication skills and a friendly, consultative approach. A sense of ownership and pride in delivering high-quality work. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar systems). Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions is desirable. Shift Information Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm (rotating early, mid, and late shifts) Occasional Saturday shifts: 9:00am – 1:00pm Bank Holiday hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm You’ll receive notice of your shift pattern in advance.
