Role Overview:
As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service. You'll manage customer queries, update clients on orders and deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a proactive attitude to deliver the service our trade partners expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for trade customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email
* Manage customer orders from confirmation through to delivery
* Provide regular updates on delivery schedules, lead times, and charges
* Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
* Keep customers informed about stock availability and any changes to their order
* Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure a smooth delivery process
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details
* Support the sales team by ensuring customers receive consistent, reliable service
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service, account management, or B2B support
* Excellent communication skills – friendly, professional, and clear
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confidence using WhatsApp, email, and phone for daily communication
* Good computer literacy (Excel, Word, CRM systems)
* A proactive, problem-solving approach to customer needs
* Team player with a positive, professional attitude
