Job Description
1. Lead on-site construction operations for cast-in-place concrete projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
2. Manage all aspects of field operations, including subcontractors, equipment, materials, and labor.
3. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to maintain project objectives.
4. Ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
5. Supervise rebar installation and post-tension systems, ensuring structural integrity and accuracy.
6. Monitor progress, provide daily reports, and lead jobsite meetings.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent - Post Tension Concrete should have:
7. Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction.
8. Proven experience with post-tension concrete systems and rebar installation for multi-story structures.
9. Strong background in vertical concrete construction-particularly hotels with integrated parking garages.
