About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
You will lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive impactful decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include analysing, structuring, and presenting data to solve complex National Security challenges.
You will also effectively communicate ideas, options, and recommendations in written and verbal formats.
In addition, you will independently deliver high-quality work that meets client needs and enhance your consulting skills through structured training and mentoring.
You will support internal initiatives, such as recruitment, marketing, and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar role
* Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
* Experience working in National Security, CNI, Defence, or Government sectors
* Active DV Clearance (or held within the last 9 months)
