The Role
They are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join the Building Services team in London. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, with around 70% of their work in the custodial sector (HM Prisons) and the remainder in commercial and public buildings.
The prison sector offers unique and rewarding technical challenges — far beyond what most expect. Within each facility you will find integrated environments that combine healthcare, fitness, accommodation, and high‑security systems, all designed with a deep commitment to sustainability.

What They’re Looking For
* 6+ years relevant Building Services design experience (consultancy or contractor background).
* Strong technical ability, from concept to commissioning.
* Client‑facing confidence – capable of leading design elements and attending DTM / site meetings.
* A genuine passion for sustainable design and technical excellence.
