Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within Business Support. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, including managing support tickets, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. There is the opportunity to expand and develop skills within Customer experience, Purchasing and Finance as the successful candidate progresses. Working in bright, modern offices in a dynamic progressive organisation, there will be plenty of opportunity for the right candidate to make this role their own.
Key Responsibilities:
* · Logging and closing customer support calls
* · Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports to clients
* · Collating and organising data
* · Updating and maintaining internal and external documentation and ticketing systems
* · Assisting with basic troubleshooting and escalating issues where necessary
* · Supporting the business
Requirements:
* · Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, preferably with a strong working knowledge of MS Teams
* · The ability to learn IT packages easily
* · Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* · Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
* · A positive, team-oriented attitude
* · GCSEs or equivalent in English, Maths, and ICT (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
