* To coordinate the mobilisation process of all new business
* Operational team with completing key mobilisation actions i.e., closing off compliance, initial site visit actions, fire safety matters etc.
* Assist in mobilising, re mobilising and de mobilising contracts.
* To ensure mobilisation processes are in place to provide a smooth customer experience
* Promote customer service excellence through leading by example and always ensure the best customer experience is provided.
* Review and enhance the Mobilisation procedure
* Manage the existing templates and keep up to date as needed.
* Review Site standards and visit sites as required
Responsibilities, Mobilisation Manager, Block Property Management
1. Effectively manage mobilisation tracking portfolio and take responsibility for good all-round customer service.
2. Assisting in the process welcome packs for new sites we are taking over at least one month in advance of handover date.
3. Completing minutes and any site reports
4. Creating contract orders and signing contracts being cautious of s.20 regulations
5. Create site info pack to Operational Team on site and off site to demonstrate what we are responsible for including but not limited to asset list, contract...
